Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech Marrakesh

This hotel is a luxurious pool resort that fulfilled all my exclusive needs. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were amazing and the Sun terrace was perfect to relax and sunbathe. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of services like full body massage, waxing, manicure and Turkish bath for ultimate relaxation. the Breakfast was an absolute blast, with everything one can possibly think of. the property is just fantastic with all its fabulous amenities.

The minor issue I had was with the front desk service. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was impressive, with fresh and delicious options. I particularly enjoyed trying new pastries and fruits. I had a great stay at this hotel and would consider staying here again.

The hotel was hassle free and fairly clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was magnificent very close to the airport

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierge team. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely amazing. the hotel itself was beautiful and stylish, and the food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. the hotel was conveniently located close to the old town and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

The service at the pool bar was a bit slow, and the noise from construction and loud music around the pool was a bit bothersome.

Staff and location were great, I liked that. Early check in and late check out. Clean pool to relax in too.

Room was light and perfect, the place itself was stunningly beautiful. The service was fantastic, the staff - kind. Enjoyed food selection, meals where fine and they have plenty of options.

Located in an ideal spot near some delicious restaurants and a lively fish market. , it is just a short distance from the airport and everything you need is very close by. There are some great features such as a rooftop terrace, wonderful service and tasty breakfast spread.

One aspect of the hotel is lacking, and that is the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The place is pleasant and exceptionally clean, it offers gorgeous breakfast and unbeatable location next to hotel is very good restaurant with good entertainment. There is café L'opera, set 300 metres walk away.

With the help of the fabulous staff, we had a NICE stay. They gave us a double room with balcony and jacuzzi plus safety box.

Large and well-equipped gym, lovely SPA with hamam, tea & coffee making facilities in room, good breakfast selection with fresh omelettes & flatbreads, good location next to Menara Mall, helpful concierge.

We loved the friendly and talkative staff at the reception who helped us with anything we needed! The room was spacious and we were even upgraded to a lovely view of the second pool. The welcoming staff at the front of the hotel made us feel right at home. The amazing pool and sunbeds were a highlight, and the big pool was especially great. We always managed to find beds, no matter what time we went down to the pool. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the majority of the staff, especially room service, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the fresh crepes and pancakes were the best!

We felt totally relaxed and had no complaints at all.

Smooth check-in/out, friendly staff, free room upgrade, immaculate cleanliness, well-maintained pools and comfy sunbeds, amazing gym facilities.

For us it was ideal.
